With the East River amphitheater demolished as East Aspect Costal Resiliency Venture work continues, The Tompkins Sq. Halloween Canine Parade returned to its authentic house of Tompkins Sq. Park for its 2022 version, newly donned the Halloween Canine Pageant, on Saturday (10/22). A whole lot of canine in costume and 1000’s of onlookers took over the whole park, with canine competing on two phases for Judges Favourite and Greatest Group Costume, Costume on Wheels, Present Occasion Costume, NYC-Themed Costume, Celeb-Themed Costume, Meals Costume, Animal Costume, Scariest Costume, and Chihauau/Chilloween.
