We name on Arts Council England and Darren Henley, Arts Council England Chief Govt, to develop an opera technique, in dialog with audiences and our colleagues throughout the trade – Royal Opera Home, Opera North , English Nationwide Opera, English Touring Opera and Welsh Nationwide Opera Cenedlaethol Cymru .
