“Flightless Fowl, American Mouth”
In 2002, Sam Beam’s first album as Iron & Wine was launched on Sub Pop Data. He’d given them a bunch of demos, and relatively than have him re-record these songs, they launched the demos themselves. Since then, he’s put out 5 extra full-length albums and been nominated for a number of Grammys.
For this episode, Sam regarded again on the making of his music “Flightless Fowl, American Mouth,” from his 2007 album The Shepherd’s Canine.
